MineSpec was founded out of a passion and dedication to the successful completion of mining construction projects, as well as a growing frustration with the challenge of contractors and owners to form, develop, and nurture long-term collaborative project teams.
Our aim is to connect skilled constructors with opportunities at mining locations across Canada and Internationally. We’re laser focused on selecting the right people, continuous development and training, and providing the support needed for the best possible outcome for our employees, their families, and our clients.
Glen Stewart
Construction Manager
An accomplished construction professional with over 47 years of heavy civil earthmoving experience, Glen has supervised the construction activities of surface mining infrastructure projects as general superintendent from Canada’s Arctic to Central America. His ability to identify and provide solutions to constructibility issues is second to none.

Ryan Dicker
President
Ryan brings a multi-faceted approach to business operations, construction management, and the overall vision of the company, ensuring that the corporate mission and key values are upheld in everything we do. He’s completed a degree in Civil Engineering and brings over 14 years of heavy earthworks construction experience in mining and transportation, including 6 years in Canada's Arctic.
Stephen Nugent
Director
Stephen is a highly skilled business and construction management leader with experience overseeing oil & gas and mining infrastructure projects with annual values in excess of $200M. He’s accumulated over 21 years of business and construction experience in multiple trades, on numerous large-scale projects across Canada and Europe alike.
